All Part I claims submitted in respect of the M25 widening schemes between Junctions 16 to 23 and Junctions 27 to 30 are being managed by the Design Build Finance and Operate (DBFO) company Connect Plus.

2. M25 Widening schemes

2.1 M25 junctions 16 to 23

Part I claims can be submitted in respect of this scheme one year and a day after the date the widened motorway was first open to public traffic.

This scheme was constructed in three phases:

  • junctions 16 to 18 opened to traffic 20 October 2010 - claims accepted from 21 October 2011

  • junctions 18 to 21a opened to traffic 9 August 2011 - claims accepted from 10 August 2012

  • junctions 21a to 23 opened to traffic on 31 May 2012 - claims accepted from 1 June 2013

2.2 M25 junctions 27 to 30

Opened to traffic on 8 July 2012 and claims accepted from 9 July 2013.
