If you enjoy research and want to be at the forefront of technology and innovation this could be the career for you. Patent examiners use their technical expertise to understand how an invention works. Combining this with legal skills, examiners are able to determine whether a patent can be granted for the invention.

This role is open to relevant science, engineering, mathematics and computer science graduates or people with equivalent industrial experience.
