Details

In 2012 the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills and the Intellectual Property Office asked the Law Commission to review the law of groundless threats of infringement proceedings for patents, trade marks and design rights (but not copyright). After consulting on proposals for reform in 2013, the final report has now been published.
