Details of the application
Paul Anthony Rackham has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is to vary licence serial number 6/33/44/*S/0305/R01 which authorises the abstraction of water from the River Thet at Bridgham, Norwich, Norfolk at National Grid References TL 97224 85937 and TL 97954 86083.
The variation applied for is to allow abstraction from an additional point on the River Thet at National Grid Reference TL 94500 84220. It is proposed that the currently licensed purposes and maximum quantities will remain unchanged.
