Details

The quality of clinical coding document summarises the findings of a review into 50 acute providers

The costing audit results spreadsheet shows provider-level findings of the review of costing accuracy and processes of selected NHS Trusts and Foundation Trusts.

The providers audited were selected based on previous audit findings. 40 were known to have previously had a high number of payments changed following audits. 10 were selected at random.
