Use form R63N to request repayment of UK Income Tax that has been deducted at source from the investment income of a pension scheme which is registered for tax reliefs and exemptions with HMRC or a common investment fund.
Use form R63N Schedule to calculate the amount of tax to request back from investment income you have received. You must complete this schedule before you complete your request on form R63N Repayment request for Registered Pension Schemes. The schedule must be submitted with form R63N.
