Civil Service Employee Policy (CSEP) is one of three expert services established to provide policy content to departments as part of a programme of change across Civil Service HR (Next Generation HR). DfE is one of a number of government departments who commissioned new policies and supporting products on performance management and managing poor performance, with a view to implementing them from 1 April 2012 onwards.
