Peroxosulphates originating in the People’s Republic of China(Anti-Dumping Duty 2358)

Initiating an investigation into the circumvention of the anti-dumping measures on peroxosulphates (persulphates), originating in the People’s Republic of China and making imports under additional code A820 subject to registration.
The Commission has announced, in Regulation no. 2019/1584, OJ ref.L246, that it is conducting a circumvention investigation concerning anti-dumping on peroxosulphates (persulphates), including potassium peroxymonosulphate sulphate, originating in the People’s Republic of China.
The investigation will look into evidence of ‘channelling operations’, misuse of Taric additional code A820 (ABC Chemicals Co. Ltd Shanghai).
Customs authorities will make imports subject to registration for nine months while the investigation is carried out.
This regulation takes effect from 27 September 2019.

- 2842 9080 20
Registration allows the Commission to apply anti-dumping duty retrospectively to 27 September 2019 if circumvention is established.
