Details
The government has announced that it will no longer use PF2, the current model of Private Finance Initiative (PFI) for new government projects. Existing PFI and PF2 contracts will not end because of this announcement.
Notification of change of ownership for Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects
Form for use by private sector organisations to report any transfers of ownership interests (including knowledge of ‘proposed’ changes) separately in accordance with the PPP voluntary code of conduct and under the PF2 model terms.

Equity returns for Private Finance 2 (PF2) projects
Form for use by private sector organisations to report actual and forecast equity return information. This information, is required for all projects that adopted the standard (SOPCPF2) clauses in their contract, these will typically be projects that closed since December 2012 and may include some of those that were in-procurement prior to this date.
Financial close information for Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects
Form for use by public sector authorities to report the details of centrally sponsored PPP projects.
