In the section 'When a farm may be expelled', we have changed ‘if it scores more than 30 CCS points during a CB or EO visit’ to ‘if it scores more than 30 CCS points in a calendar year’. We have also added ‘if we believe your farm is not being well managed in accordance with the aims of the scheme’.

This page has been updated by the Environment Agency as a result of the strategic review of charges. The review was consulted on between November 2017 and January 2018. The changes commence from April 2018.
