Details

Park home site owners can propose changing the pitch fee once a year. They must give you 28 days’ notice in writing, and use a standard form called the pitch fee review form. This form explains the process and your rights and must be used from 2 July 2023.

  • pitch fee review form: online version – use this form if you wish to complete the form online before you print and sign it
  • pitch fee review form: print version – use this form if you wish to print and complete the form by hand
