Planning appeal site ownership certificates

If you make a planning appeal and do not know who owns some of the land you need to complete a site ownership certificate

Certificate C - complete if you know the names and addresses of some but not all of the owners of the land

Details

Certificate C

If you know the names and addresses of some, but not all of the owners of the land involved in the appeal, you must serve notice on the owners you know about and publish the notice in a local newspaper. You must submit a copy of the published notice with your appeal.

You should also complete Certificate C and submit it with your appeal.

Certificate D

If you do not know the names and addresses of any of the owners of the land involved in the appeal know you must publish the notice in a local newspaper. You must submit a copy of the published notice with your appeal.

You should also complete Certificate D and submit it with your appeal.
