Updated Application for a lawful development certificate for an existing use or operation or activity including those in breach of a planning condition: template. The application form has been updated to reflect changes to the enforcement time limits in section 171B of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as introduced by section 115 of the Levelling-up and Regeneration Act 2023). We have also amended the option which previously read ‘The use as a single dwelling house began more than four years before the date of this application’ to make clear that it is explicitly in reference to a change of use of a building under section 171B(2) of the 1990 Act i.e. a change of use to use as a single dwellinghouse.
