Forms for solicitors and advocates to claim back legal aid costs for confiscation proceedings.
For solicitor claims with a representation order between 1 April 2016 and 16 September 2020 and where the main hearing is on or after 23 December 2022 use the PL1a and PL2a forms.
For advocate claims with a representation order between 31 December 2018 and 16 September 2020 and where the main hearing is on or after 23 December 2022 use the PA1a form.
For claims with a representation order between 17 September 2020 and 29 September 2022 and where the main hearing is on or after 31 October 2022 use the PL1b, PL2b and PA1b forms.
The definition of the main hearing is included on the relevant forms, but to be clear it will only ever relate to the substantive proceedings and is not the final confiscation hearing.
