This report sets out the PRRB’s analysis of evidence provided by relevant organisations and makes recommendations on the pay of police officers in England and Wales up to and including the chief superintendent rank. The Government responded to the report in Parliament.

The PRRB provides independent advice to the Prime Minister and Home Secretary on the pay and allowances of police officers in England, Wales and Northern Ireland up to and including the rank of chief superintendent.
