The review clause within The Small and Medium Sized Business (Credit Information) Regulations 2015 mandates a post-implementation review of the legislation, which relates to the Commercial Credit Data Sharing (CCDS) scheme, with findings set out in this publicly available report. The last review by the Treasury was completed on 14 October 2020.
