Details

The companion Code of Practice “Power Lines: Demonstrating compliance with EMF public exposure guidelines” issued in March 2012, specified how compliance with guidelines for exposure of the public to electric and magnetic fields (EMFs) in the UK would be assessed. This voluntary Code of Practice relates to situations where it is necessary to apply the public exposure guidelines to these indirect effects.

This is the third and final voluntary code of practice relating to overhead power lines and public EMF exposure guidelines.
