The Coal Authority’s pre-application advice service helps ensure that any risks from coal mining legacy are considered throughout the planning, design and implementation of a project.

The pre-application advice service enquiry form must be completed and submitted along with the required documentation in order for your pre-application enquiry to be considered and processed.
