Mae’r cyfarwyddyd hwn yn manylu ar ymarfer Cofrestrfa Tir EF yn deillio o Reolau Cofrestru Tir (Newidiad) (Rhif 2) 2005, sy’n cyflwyno gwybodaeth benodedig mewn prydlesi cofrestradwy arbennig.

  1. Sections 5.11.3 and 5.11.4 have been amended to clarify that if an application is not made in paper form AP1 the information can be provided in a covering letter.

  2. Section 5.13.1 has been amended to include a link to other relevant guidance.

  3. Section 5.4.2 has been amended to clarify existing requirements. This is not a change in practice.

  4. Section 5.4.2, which deals with exclusions from the land being leased, has been amended to make it consistent with the information in section 10.2 of practice guide 62: easements.

  5. Section 5.9.3 has been amended to explain that a certain statutory right need not be entered in prescribed clause 9.3.

  6. Section 5.4 has been amended to remind conveyancers that both corporeal and incorporeal property might be excluded from the demise and so need to be covered in clause LR4.

  7. We have deleted the former section 3 that referred to an expired voluntary period for including prescribed clauses in leases and renumbered the following sections. Other minor amendments have been made relating to this change.

  8. Sections 6.2.1, 6.3 and 6.6 have been amended as, due to a change of policy, we no longer reject applications where prescribed clauses LR2.1, LR3 or LR6 are not completed.

  9. Section 5 has been amended as, due to a change of policy, we no longer reject applications where prescribed clauses LR2.1, LR3 or LR6 are not completed.
