Details

The CMA conducted a review of the in-store price marking practices of 139 grocery stores in England and Wales.

We found that some independent and small grocery retailers were not displaying their prices clearly and accurately.

If you are a grocery retailer, or work with grocery retailers, our poster may help you understand how to comply with consumer law, and what steps you can take to price items clearly and accurately.
