This factsheet outlines the measures that will be included in the Enterprise Bill. This measure will change the rules relating to primary authorities.

Primary authority allows businesses to form a partnership with one local authority. This local authority then provides advice that other local authorities must take into account when carrying out inspections or addressing non-compliance.
