Details
There is provision in Primary Authority for questions about proposed enforcement action against businesses that claim to be following Primary Authority Advice to be referred for determination. This guidance is intended for anyone who may be a party to or have an interest in the determination process. It is intended to be a source of information and assistance. It is not a substitute for the statutory framework, but aims to summarise the effect of that framework as far as possible.
The guidance is accompanied by a list of determination summaries, giving the outcomes of the application of the process.
The 11 individual PDFs of the determination summaries were converted to a single HTML document for accessibility reasons on 3 January 2023, but their content was unchanged.
