This document details what personal data DfE processes about the workforce in local authorities, including social work professionals that have responsibility for social work-related services.

  1. Added information about how long complaints are kept when they are made to TRA but not accepted as referrals. We have also updated the formatting to make the document easier to read.

  2. Updated the information in 'Using your data when you make a complaint about education providers, children’s social care or DfE' and 'Using your data when you make a referral of serious teacher misconduct to the Teaching Regulation Agency (TRA)'.
