This document details what personal data DfE processes about the workforce in local authorities, including social work professionals that have responsibility for social work-related services.

  1. Updated data processors section for ‘using your data to support learner assessments’. We have also updated the ‘data sharing’ section to provide details of when we share your special category data.

  2. Added sections 9.2 'Using your data when you make a complaint about education providers, children’s social care or DfE' and 9.3 'Using your data when you make a referral of serious teacher misconduct to the TRA'.
