  1. Added a new section on using data to administer DfE's risk protection arrangement. Updated the section on data we collect in the 'Using your data when you use our websites' section. Updated the retention periods in ‘Using your data when you make a referral of serious teacher misconduct to the TRA'.

  2. Two new sections have been added, 'Using your data to carry out wider government research for policy development by Policy Lab' and 'How to whistleblow'.
