Purple will support up to five organisations from developing countries to achieve the UK Disability Confident accreditation standard (Level 3 – Leader). Through resources, online support and 1:1 coaching support, Purple will enable organisations to build their knowledge and understanding to recruit and retain disabled employees.
These organisations will then act as an example to others in their country, and will be promoted on Purple’s International Disability Confident Register.
