1. The number of postal SET(M) applications outstanding and still pending a decision in each 3-month period between 1 January 2012 to 30 June 2014.

2. The average processing time (in working days) for SET(M) cases decided and completed in each 3-month period between 1 January 2012 to 30 June 2014.

3. The service standard set in each 3-month period between 1 January 2012 to 30 June 2014 for completing postal SET(M) applications from within the UK.
