The quality protocol (QP) on processed fuel oil (PFO) sets out the end-of-waste criteria for the production and use of PFO from waste lubricating oils.

The purpose of this statement is to provide additional information on its requirements. This additional information will be included in the QP when it is next reviewed and this position statement will then be withdrawn.
