This guidance provides regulators with information on the following measures in the Professional Qualifications Act 2022.

Under section 8, regulators in the UK are required to publish certain information about requirements to practise the profession.

Under section 9, regulators are required to provide information to a regulator in another part of the UK when requested to do so.

Under section 10, regulators in the UK are required to provide information to a regulator overseas when requested to do so.
