The December update includes the following topics:

1. A summary of progress with the procurement pipeline, including; the signing of four additional regional and local contracts, representing £76 million of government investment to deliver gigabit-capable broadband to up to 33,000 premises; adding upcoming Project Gigabit procurements in Scotland and Northern Ireland to the procurement pipeline, which will cover up to 160,000 premises; the publication of our first Annual Report and Accounts as an Executive Agency, showing we have subsidised coverage to 929,700 premises up to the end of March 2023;
2. An update on the progress of Project Gigabit across the Union.
3. As per previous updates, publication of regional and national progress on levels of gigabit coverage and details of commercial build and investment in UK gigabit infrastructure;
4. Updates on relevant topics including the VHTR and USO consultations, Rural Connectivity Accelerator, and a barrier busting update.
