Properties owned by the Wales Office

Published 25 January 2013

Q: We were asked for information on all properties currently owned and rented by our department, together with their use and cost for rented properties cost broken down per month.

A: The Wales Office is based in two offices: one in London, which it owns, and one in Cardiff, which it rents.  Under section 21 of the Freedom of information Act, the information that we hold relating to costs for these properties is exempt, as it is already in the public domain and can be found at: http://www.walesoffice.gov.uk/transparency/government-spend/
