Series C of our information papers describes how as a businesses or landowner you can access information about compensation and rights relating to:
- compulsory purchase (and the context for considering compulsory purchase of land undertaken in the public interest)
- how businesses directly affected will be provided with help to relocate
- how landowners will be compensated for the acquisition of their land
- safeguarding, statutory blight and generalised blight
- approach to accessing sites for surveys and ground settlement as a result of tunnelling activities
