The Government has today published a paper on ‘Proposals to allow the broadcasting, filming, and recording of selected court proceedings.’

This contains further detail on the Government’s plans to enable the introduction of broadcasting court proceedings in limited circumstances, and accompanies the legislation in the Crime & Courts Bill.
