Article 20(5) of the Tobacco Products Directive 2014/40/EU requires EU Member States to introduce restrictions on the advertising of electronic cigarettes.
The guidance document is aimed at any business involved in the advertising of e-cigarettes. It sets out how the directive has been put into UK law and how it should be interpreted and applied.
