Proposed abolition of the March East Internal Drainage Board and the Euximoor Internal Drainage Board, amalgamation of Drainage Districts, and constitution of a single Internal Drainage Board

The Environment Agency gives notice that it has submitted to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation a scheme under Section 3 of the Land Drainage Act 1991 making provision for the following matters:
- the abolition of the March East Internal Drainage Board and the Euximoor Internal Drainage Board
- the amalgamation of the March East Internal Drainage District and the Euximoor Internal Drainage District into a single District, and the constitution of a new Internal Drainage Board, comprised of 15 elected members
- to name the new Board the March and Euximoor Water Management Board
- matters supplemental to or consequential on the constitution
