This document contains the following information: Protocol between the government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the government of Georgia to amend the Agreement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income and on Capital, signed at London 13 July 2004: London, 3 February 2010.

The Agreement entered into force on the 17 December 2010.

This Command Paper was laid before Parliament by a Government Minister by Command of Her Majesty. Command Papers are considered by the Government to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
