This document sets out an agreement between the Home Office and the Forensic Science Regulator (the Regulator) in relation to the handling of complaints about the quality of scientific work undertaken in cases, initially undertaken by the Forensic Science Service, stored by the Forensic Archive Ltd (FAL).
