The Accession Protocol is a treaty that outlines the terms and conditions upon which the UK is acceding to the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP.  This treaty and a number of related documents are available in a Collection produced by the Department for Business and Trade (DBT), including the core legal text bringing the UK into the CPTPP that was published before the Accession Protocol was laid as the Command Paper shown on the present page.
