This report sets out the PSPRB analysis of evidence given by relevant organisations and makes proposals on the prison service staff member’s pay in England and Wales from April 2015.

The PSPRB provides independent advice to the Prime Minister and the Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice on the pay for:

• governors
• operational managers
• prison officers
• support staff
