Details

The Security Industry Authority’s purpose is protecting the public through effective regulation of the private security industry and working with partners to raise standards across the sector.

We wanted to better understand how much trust and confidence the public and industry stakeholders have in the private security industry and the SIA as a regulator. We asked BMG Research to conduct research on our behalf across 2 years.

We also wanted to find out what more we and the industry can do to improve perceptions of, and public trust and confidence in, private security.
