Details
The pupil premium is additional funding for publicly funded schools in England to raise the attainment of disadvantaged pupils. More guidance is available on the pupil premium, including how schools should spend it and how we hold them accountable.
The conditions of grant document details the conditions that academies and local authorities must meet to receive the pupil premium.
The first data file displays the numbers of pupils eligible for pupil premium funding in the 2017 to 2018 financial year. There are separate tabs on this spreadsheet displaying numbers nationally, by local authority, and by parliamentary constituency.
The second data file displays the numbers of pupils eligible for pupil premium funding in the 2017 to 2018 financial year at school level. This spreadsheet includes a tool to display individual schools’ records.
