David Quarrey was due to leave his role as Ambassador to NATO at the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office following the July 2024 NATO summit.

Managing Director, Group Head of Public Affairs, HSBC Group

Mr Quarrey sought the Committee’s advice about taking up a role with the HSBC Group.  The letter containing the Committee’s consideration and the conditions imposed on the appointment was sent in August 2024.
