Owners or occupiers of SSSI land can pay for advice on a draft proposal to cause, carry out or permit an activity that needs Natural England’s consent.
You’ll pay £200 for Natural England to check that your draft proposal contains all the required information before you prepare your statutory notice for consent.
This service does not give you consent to carry out operations on your SSSI land. You must serve a statutory notice on Natural England, before it can give consent. Find out how to get Natural England’s consent.
