Our annual report covers the work of RAIB in 2011 and is published in 2 sections. Section 1 covers the work of RAIB in 2011 and Section 2 covers recommendations that were the subject of a report by Office of Rail Regulation (ORR) during 2011. During 2011 we published 20 investigation reports, 6 bulletins and started a further 27 investigations.
