Details

Our annual report covers the work of RAIB in 2013 and is published in 2 sections. Section 1 includes a review of the industry response to the areas of risk identified by our investigations. Section 2 covers the status of recommendations as reported to us. During 2013, we published 22 investigation reports, 5 bulletins and started a further 26 investigations.
