Details

The report is the fourth annual progress report on the UK’s progress toward ratification of the Istanbul Convention, and measures taken forward since the third progress report, published in October 2019.

The convention covers both reserved and devolved areas, and this report therefore covers the whole of the UK.

It follows the third report on progress, which was laid in Parliament on 31 October 2019 and set out progress toward ratification since the UK signed the convention in 2012.
