You must have:
- a copy of the special resolution that the company should re-register as a private limited company (unless previously delivered)
- a printed copy of the articles as proposed to be amended
Applying to re-register costs £71. Make cheques and postal orders payable to ‘Companies House’.
Forms need to be printed at full size on white A4 size paper.
