Details

To re-register from a public company to a private limited company you must have:

  • a copy of the special resolution that the company should re-register as a private limited company (unless previously delivered)
  • a printed copy of the articles as proposed to be amended
  • a completed form RR02

Forms need to be printed at full size on white A4 sized paper.
