The Environment Agency has submitted to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs a Scheme under Section 3 of the Land Drainage Act 1991 for:

  • The reconstitution of the Upwell Internal Drainage Board to reduce the number of elected members of the Board to 14
  • And any matters relating to or following from that reconstitution

A copy of the Scheme is available for inspection during office hours at the offices of the Clerk to the Middle Level Commissioners:
