This implementation plan sets out a timeline for how the Visitor and Migrant NHS Cost Recovery Programme will be rolled out over the next 2 years. It is intended to give the NHS a clear idea of the timeline and sequence for building on existing systems and developing new ones.

The programme aims to help the NHS recover costs from visitors and migrants from both the European Economic Area (EEA) and outside. It also covers EEA member states.
