Details

Employers need to be able to recruit the right talent for their businesses, so that they can use employee potential efficiently. The government’s ‘Career guidance action plan’ recommended that employers should work with the National Careers Service (NCS) to achieve these ambitions.

This research study looks at the need for greater levels of employers to work with schools, and the role of National Careers Service NCS in fulfilling this need.
